Who can buy though OAD?
We are a wholesale supplier to retailers and we not sell directly to the consumer. In order to become a dealer a request to set up an account must be made through the contact form below

How can I order?
Once you are a singed retailer you will be provided with access to our price lists, it's preferable the lists are submitted through email so we can process your order. We will be opening an online ordering portal so keep an eye out for an email invitation.
What happens if the product I ordered is out of stock?
Products that are out of stock can still be ordered. However, in the event these products are still out of stock at the time of shipping, these items will be canceled from the order.
Do you backorder?
As a rule, we do not backorder. Items that are out of stock will be canceled unless prior arrangements have been made.
Where are your locations and how will my order be delivered?
We are located in south western Melbourne, if you would like pick up an order please contact a member of our team. We use 3rd party carriers to fulfill our transport logistics, contact team for more detailed retailer/state specific information. If an order is to be picked up we require a minimum of 24 hour notice of intended pickup time to ensure your order is ready when you arrive. Please contact Customer Service with any special requirements.
When should I expect delivery of my order?
Regular orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days via our freight carrier. Order shipment/receipt dates vary depending on geography. Contact our team for more detailed information.
